04/07/2019 		These guys were brilliant. When my fridge went down loaded with food on a  25-degree day, they came right over and sorted the problem. When it turned out we'd need a part that would take several days to come in, they figured out a temporary solutions, saved a week's worth of food and were just pleasant to have around. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

11/06/2018 		We decided we needed to upgrade our kitchen downlighters from halogen to LED. Although busy on another project, Nick came round on his way home to look at the job. He gave us excellent advice and a very competitive quote to replace the old light fittings with sealed LED units and booked us in for the following week. We are delighted with the result and Nick was a pleasure to have around. Knowledgeable, neat and tidy work done to a high standard and the units guaranteed to last at least 10 years. Would not hesitate to use Nick again for any electrical works.

21/04/2018 		The day before leaving on a week's holiday a faulty appliance caused havoc with our electrical system - leaving no electricity for fridge/freezers.
Nick responded to my call within minutes and from a picture of my fuse board managed to solve the problem.
Truly professional, clearly very competent and a great guy too. I would not hesitate in recommending him.

Above and beyond the call of duty

24/11/2017 		About 9 pm on a Friday evening, I had an electrical emergency. I found Nick on the ChiswickW4 website and sent him a text, briefly describing the nature of the problem. He text me back immediately and asked me to send him a photo of my CCU so he could help me remotely. Nick fixed the problem over the phone by giving me clear and concise instructions. He was extremely patient. He refused to accept any payment from me. Nick certainly went over and beyond the call of duty. I was extremely touched and will certainly contact Nick whenever I need an electrician. I shall also recommend him to my friends and neighbours as not only is he a good and knowledgeable electrician but he is honest, reliable and customer focused.

A fantastic service

22/11/2017 		Although Nick was busy with another project, he kindly came round right at the end of the day and, refusing a cup tea or any assistance, quickly got on with the job.



He diagnosed the issue swiftly, rectified it, tested his resolution, tidied up, was polite and courteous throughout, charged way less than the market rate, gave me a great tip as to where to get LED bulbs at trade prices, left us with a free lighting unit that ordinarily would have cost £42, and was gone within an hour.



In short, a complete pleasure to deal with and a true professional.



I would 100% recommend Nick to anyone in West London with electrical issues. He is the kind of guy who one feels relieved to have found - completely trustworthy and completely reliable.




We will definitely be getting Nick back for further work in the future.

02/10/2015 		Nick responded promptly to my email enquiry, arrived when he said he would, left when he said he would and sorted what was admittedly a pretty straightforward porch light replacement very effectively at a very reasonable rate.  Added bonus was explanation of what had had to be done and a replacement light switch that we had expected we'd need.

12/08/2015 		Nick has been amazing. I came home from holiday to find that the main electrical ring circuit had tripped and knocked out all the appliances fed by it, including my fridge freezer. Nick called me back immediately, at 6.30pm, in response to my SOS call and talked me through how to test the electrics. Calm clear guidance over the phone (he even broke his journey home to stop and talk me through it) resulted in us being able to isolate the problem quickly and set my mind at rest that night. I can't thank Nick enough and would wholehearted recommend his excellent service and impressive expertise

Efficient, friendly, competent and willing to go the extra mile to finish off what my separately-contracted kitchen fitters failed to properly earth a new supply pipe. Friendly, quick and helpful

19/03/2015 		We called Nick at about 6pm on a Friday evening when a fuse had completely burnt out, meaning we'd lost power to our kitchen and the boiler (no hot water or heating in February). He came over within an hour and had fixed it within another hour. Nick was really friendly and even bothered to talk me through what he was doing, something I always appreciate. Reasonable price too. 05/12/2014 		I needed several small electrical jobs to be done by a competent electrician, and Nick was able to attend to them all. Nick also recommended replacing an (elderly) under kitchen unit light fitting with a new LED fitting that now gives so much more light than the older tube light.He responded to my query quickly, arrived promptly (on a Saturday morning!), was friendly, and his service was sensibly priced. I will happily recommend Nick and will certainly use his services again.

Great Garden Lighting

05/10/2014 		Nick has recently installed garden lighting for us.  He had great ideas about how to make our garden look good at night - picking out key features with flexible spot lights and floods.  His service was quick and sensibly priced.  The lights are LED, and therefore all the lights use the same electricity as 1 old fashioned 60W bulb.  We have also used him for indoor lighting.  Highly recommended.

03/01/2013 		My kitchen lights went dark the week before Christmas and I was extremely worried that it was going to be a big deal finding an electrician to take on a job that might become huge once identified.  Nick was quick to answer my call, really helpful on trying to understand the problem and very happy to squeeze me into a busy schedule given the time of year and the size of problem it might pose. In the end he arrived a day or so later, on his birthday, and battled politely with the dodgy electrical fittings that were left by my builders some years before.  I would therefore thoroughly recommend Nick Supple for any electrical work. He even made the lights that weren't working properly much better...

He rewired some ancient complicated lamps that other electricians had sniffed at & quite possibly saved my life by identifying some dodgy wiring in the kitchen.

Excellent Service at a Great Price

29/02/2012 		John Lewis was due to install my oven but couldn't because some electrical work had to be done beforehand.  I found Nick on W4 and decided to use him to do the electrical work and install the oven  because he was only marginally more expensive than John Lewis's price for just installing the oven.  He was also significantly cheaper than some of the others listed on the website and was able to come quickly on the day.  I found him to be very thorough, meticulous and the standard of the finished work was very high.  I was also impressed that he was able to provide a one stop shop for me by doing a little bit of carpentry to get the oven to fit perfectly.  This saved me the bother of having to get the handyman out.  He also explained everything in plain English so that I, who cannot change a lightbulb, was able to understand perfectly well what he was doing.  The icing on the cake  is that both he and his assistant are charming, friendly, and personable.  I would recommend Nick Supple very highly.

High attention to detail

Knowledgeable, helpful and honest (doesn't over promise, but is creative in finding cost effective solutions to meeting your requirements). Safe and with an exceptionally high attention to detail (if I had to criticise him for one thing, is the extra time he took getting everything “spot on”). A great local find!
