Wojtek and his team were fantastic to work with. They were effecient, reliable and unlike may buidlers worked whatever the weather. Our build took 4 month to complete which was the anticapted time scale given. The level of finish to all the work carried out was excellent. I would have no hesiatation in reccomending W&M Building & Decorating and look forward to working with them again..

Superb quality work

27/11/2011 		Wojtek and his team have been doing excellent work for us for about five or six years now and frankly if we need something done I wouldn't go to anyone else.  Inside we've had rooms beautifully redecorated and outside the front of the house has been restored and repainted.  Our next door neighbour watched how meticulous the guys were as they did the preparation work and no sooner was the work done than she booked them in to do the same for their house.  We have a newly relaid tesselated front path which probably looks better than it did when the house was built in 1903.  I could go on, but I think you get the picture!

26/11/2011 		I'm another very satisfied customer of Voytek and his team. They finished off our kitchen to a very high standard and cleaned up scrupulously every evening. Timekeeping was exceptional and I wouldn't hesitate to call Wojtek next time we need a builder.

24/11/2011 		Our relationship with Wojtek and his team goes back at least six years. Not only has he helped renovate our houses but also our present penthouse in Chiswick and other properties in our portfolio, making about 5/6 jobs in total. We would not have continued this relationship if, at any time, there was a hint of poor quality work, cutting corners or any other irritations one usually finds with building companies.
Their pride in their work, their attention to detail and their ability to quickly deal with any problems after completion makes them stand out among all the builders we have used over the last 30 years.

Excellent work, on time, on budget

23/11/2011 		I have used Wojtek and his team for all my building & decorating jobs over the past 3 or 4 years. The quality of work is always high, they have always started on time, finished on time and come in on budget. Wojtek is also good at helping with suggestions as to how to achieve what you want on the budget you have available. A number of my extended family have also used his firm following my recommendation and all have had the same positive experience. Strongly recommended!

The best builders ever!!!

22/11/2011 		Wojtek and his team are the most genuine builders I have ever used. They worked for me for nearly six months on a major restoration of a period property, and never missed a single day. They arrived before 8am and never left before 5pm, having tidied up beautifully each night. But the best bit was the quality of work they produced.’Excellent’ is simply not enough to describe it. A really good firm

22/11/2011 		Wojtek and his firm were recommended to me when I was looking for someone reliable to do work on the house I have moved into.   I used them in September to renovate the bathroom and the downstairs toilet plus some painting.  I am very pleased with the results.
Last week they installed a loft ladder for me and some other small jobs. 
Wojtek was extremely helpful in planning what I wanted and,best of all,both times the work started on the agreed date and continued until it was finished without any gaps.
His men were polite,tidy and helpful too. At the end of each day they cleared up and vacuumed everywhere.
I have more jobs in mind for next year and I will certainly be using this firm again for those.
