Napa Restaurant is run by Chef / Patron Wayne Dixon whose style of cooking reflects modern British cuisine at its very best. He places much emphasis on the quality and traceability of seasonal produce and ingredients. In fact, the availability of high quality seasonal produce is the driving force behind the menu.

15/06/2008 		Most people would go to a restaurant in a 4 star hotel with fairly low expectations. Whilst Napa is not the Savoy Grill it is certainly well above the standard of many inhouse restaurants in hotels for business travellers who often make the assumption that they can serve poor food at high prices because their guests don't know the locale and are on expenses. The Moran obviously feel they need local people to eat there to make it viable therefore have provided competently cooked food at reasonable prices. I went there with a family group including three different generations and all enjoyed the meal. Eating at a hotel does seem to add to the sense of occasion.
