Having been a regular customer of Yupa's since it opened, I (and more importantly my Burmese wife) believe it provides by far the best and most authentic Thai food in the area. If you prefer an anglicised Green Curry, you may be happier elsewhere. The tastes here are fresh and sharp, they use the correct ingredients and the dishes are not over-sweetened. The Som Tam is made of papaya, not bulked out with carrot. They are also very accommodating and will make pretty well any dish as long as they have the ingredients.$0$0$0$0Most important the owners care about their food, and maintain a consistently high standard. Service is pleasant and the prices very reasonable for the quality.$0
