26/03/2012 		Having our home of 14 years totally renovated was an overwhelming task for us, we had no idea where to begin and were anxious at the thought of spending a lot of money; ending up with an average result was frightening prospect. Our introduction to Katherine was a God send, she has been there every step of the way from the initial planning meetings with the Architect through to the final snag list, her attention to detail and professionalism made the 10 month project flow. Throughout the whole project we had a real sense that Katherine cared about the end result as much as we did.  There have been many benefits in working together such as Katherine's endless source of contacts, her work ethic, her experience, ideas, the ability to keep calm and clear headed, her relationship with people and her honesty meant so much to us. 08/11/2011 		Katherine project managed the renovation of our terraced house and she was great, we couldn't have done it without her.  Although we knew what we wanted to do we weren't really sure where to start.  Katherine brought a great team with her - architect, structural engineer and builders.  Everything was extremely organised and we knew exactly how much everything was costing at each stage of the process.  The project started and ended on time and was relatively pain free.  What was really good was that Katherine is happy to do as much or as little as you need and is extremely flexible.  Katherine has lots of good ideas and is also really lovely to work with - which always helps!  We would highly recommend her.

03/01/2011 		Katherine enabled me to complete major renovations on my flat - within budget and one time.  When I didn't know which way to turn at the start of the project I came across Katherine on the W4 website - her help was invaluable putting me in touch initially with an architect to get the project started, and later helping me to draw up a detailed project plan and putting me in touch with builders.  Katherine always had time to answer my questions and have meetings outside work hours and was a pleasure to work with.
Highly recommended.

02/01/2011 		Katherine has just completed the re- furbishment of our 2 bedroom flat. We both work full time and without her it would just not have happened, we had no idea where to start or find the time to do it. 
From the initial meeting where she helped us formulate ideas for the build right through to suggesting suppliers for furnishings.

She kept is informed all the way through the project and brought it in on time and on budget and its just simply fantastic. She is a first rate project manager with an excellent eye for detail and perhaps more importantly is also a pleasure to work with.

23/12/2010 		Katherine has just completed the renovation of my terraced house and I couldnt have done this without her. There are so many decisions to be made and so many things you can get wrong but Katherine steered me through all that brilliantly.  The whole process was amazingly stress free for me. Architects will offer this type of service but Katherine has an excellent knowledge of local suppliers and she makes you feel your project is her top priority all the time.  Would highly recommend Katherine.

21/11/2010 		I bought a flat needing full renovation only because I knew that Katherine would be able to manage it for me. On my own with a full-time job and a two-year-old boy there was no way I could have managed a flat renovation as well - without Katherine I'd have lost out on my fab West Hampstead haven.

Katherine fitted round my hectic schedule, and most importantly got some lovely builders who not only did the job super fast, on budget and to a really high standard, but were also absolutely sweet and helped me with lots of other things that weren't part of their brief. I moved in with one week to go, and each day when they left they'd ask if there was anything they could do to help - which included hefting a chest of drawers down the stairs, helping me hang pictures, carrying boxes of wine and holding the stepladder as I wobbled up to stow suitcases. (Having tried to persuade me to let them do the climbing.)
 
Anyone who is even vaguely thinking about doing something to change their house should get Katherine on board. Her fee paid for itself over and over. Now, could I get her to do my garden as well?!!

13/08/2010 		Katherine has just finished a major renovation project for us on our 4 bedroom Edwardian property (including the garden) and has been absolutely fantastic.

Her project management skills are exceptional, she has a real eye for detail, a flair for design and is a great negotiator - passing on all the trade discounts to us. We were on a very tight deadline as we are expecting a baby in 4 weeks time and the project has finished on schedule, on budget and most importantly with no stress! The result has truly exceeded our expectations and we love our new home!

Katherine has gone over and beyond the call of duty and I would highly recommend her services. We plan to work with her again when we have work done to the exterior of our property next summer.

She’s a first-rate project manager, scopingthe work, estimating what’s needed and how much it will cost down to the tinydetails, so there are surprises and the project comes in on time and on budget.She has a great eye for detail and made some excellent suggestions on how wecould transform our loft conversion, with its lack of storage space and tireden suite, into one with a top-notch en suite plus spacious built-in wardrobes.We also had a lengthy list of other DIY projects: replacing a leaking lanternroof, retiling a porch and pathway, painting bedrooms, the list went on.Katherine phased the works, and the contractors, so that most of it could bedone while we were on holiday and with minimum disturbance to family life. Shekept us informed every step of the way and sourced the items we needed andpassed the discount on to us. Her tradespeople are well chosen and deliveredgreat results. 23/06/2010 		Katherine managed our project from the start to the finish providing a professional service as regards design, contracting, purchasing materials and project management. The result is the complete renovation of a 5 bedroom house, retaining classic features while developing a contemporary look through the house. Katherine succedded in delivering the overall renovation within budget and on time in full, considering the complexity and the four months allocated to the project this was a great achievement. Moreover Katherine managed all the details with contractors and suppliers ensuring that we where always updated and part of the decision making process, without over loading myself and my wife. 19/04/2010 		Katherine helped us achieve the total renovation and refurb of our large open plan ground floor extension. This included a new kitchen, TV area, playroom and new decked area outside. Without her involvement it would probably still be on the drawing board, she really helped to turn some disconnected ideas into a reality. Her strengths lie in pulling together the various skills and expertise to ensure that the project goes ahead in line with everyone's expectations, her attention to detail, and general sunny personality. Nothing was ever too much trouble and what we had been concerned would be a never ending building site beset with problems, was in fact a pretty painless and swift project. She is extremely professional and maintained constant contact, updating us on what was needed at each stage of the project down to the last details. We are extremely happy with what has been achieved and are enjoying living with our new space.

26/10/2009 		I brought Katherine onboard to completely redecorate my 2 bed garden flat, deck the garden and install new windows and many other things. The results were fantastic! She provided end to end service from intitial consultation where she was very open minded and full of ideas to the delivery of an end result that I could not be happier with and also under budget.

She provided a number of quotes for builders and fixture and fittings which were highly competitive. She project managed everything, keeping me contantly updated on progress and budget. She sourced and delivered all of the fixtures and fittings, providing me with a number of options in each case making the process very simple and hassle free. 
She is extermely friendly, creative and flexible, a joy to work with. I would recommend her to anyone and will be using her again on my next project!

02/07/2009 		Katherine recently project managed some building and plumbing work for us including some flashing replacement and a patio extension. She was friendly, efficient and more than willing to go that extra mile to get the job done.

Katherine arranged for a number of builders to provide quotes - all were punctual and written quotes were received within 48hours. Through her contacts she managed to negotiate discounts on both materials and work. She even arranged for the building work to be carried out when we were on holiday so there was a minimum of disruption. I would definitely recommend Katherine.

Katherine advised us throughout the work - from sourcing a fantastic builder and decorator who not only managed to do our work at short notice but also has excellent attention to detail and has done a perfect job for us- on budget and on time! Katherine also has an exceptional eye for detail in helping us source soft furnishings, choose paint colours and perfecting those finishing touches. The project included extending our kitchen at the rear and into the side return, fitting a new kitchen, creating a downstairs cloakroom and completely redesigning our garden. Katherine managed the project efficiently and professionally and saved us money by shopping around and negotiating with suppliers. Katherine has an incredible eye for detail and only uses trades people who can live up to her high quality standards. 02/06/2009 		Katherine recently ran a major rennovation project for me and was fantastic. The build included taking down and moving internal walls, installing a kitchen and bathroom, and a number of other things such as new flooring and shelving.

She was very clear and transparent in the way she worked, was upfront about all costings so we never had any nasty surprises, and was professional in the way she managed the entirety of the project. She also has a great flair for design and the finishing touches, and a good eye for a bargain (she passed all discounts on to us).

I would highly recommend her, and would use her again without hesitation. I would be very happy to speak to anyone who would like a reference for her.
