Magnus Grimond 19/09/2010	Fatmir, Mariusz & Andrew (apologies to all for the spelling) were great. They were tidy and clean, which my wife much appreciated, and above all they made an excellent job of our new lavatory and laundry cum shower room. They were also local and Fatmir was very speedy in clearing up small problems that appeared. As ever, the cost came in more than the estimate. This was mainly because of unexpected problems and additions to the work, which were always discussed and agreed in advance. They were streets ahead of most other builders I have employed and have helped restore my faith in the trade.

Susan Gibson 08/04/2010	Luca and his team have made having building work a pleasure, which is a first for us. He was reliable, knowledgable and always ready to give advice. His team are highly skilled, hard working, polite and QUIET. The price we were quoted stayed the same no matter what 'surprizes' were encountered and we have recommended him without reservation to friends and neighbours (another first) We hope to be working with Luca again in the near future so impressed were we with his completion of our kitchen and shower room. Peace of mind in knowing the work will be completed on schedule to exceptionally high standards of finish have been worth every penny.

James Snodgrass 22/07/2009	At last a builder who actually seems interested in getting repeat business! He & his team gutted and refurbished our family bathroom and kitchen to a very high standard (the quality of the tiling was particularly impressive). Polite, efficient, not the cheapest but well worth it in terms of the lowest hassle factor I have experienced on any building job. Would have no problem recommending him unreservedly for this type of project.

Graham Carson 09/06/2009	Fatmir and his team have spent a month refurbishing our kitchen/conservatory and we are very impressed with the results. Fatmir offers very good ideas on what can be done within a reasonable budget, the work is of a high standard, every effort is made to keep the disruption to a minimum and the work force are hard working and pleasant to have around. The inevitable problems that arise during construction are dealt with without drama, and generally speaking the project was completed on time. Highly recommended. Graham

Raymond Elias 17/05/2009	Luca and his team completed the removed my chimmey stack and breasts to rear of my home in doing so made good the roof and replastered my bedroom and kitchen .renewed the lead water pipes from basement to the tank in my loft , rewired the bed room/kitchen and finally repainted these rooms all in the agreed time and to a very high standard. Since this work took place a number neighbours and friends have been used his company and been very happy with his workmanship He and his work force can be totatly trusted/polite and cleaned up at the end of each day. I think its hard to find a firm in West London / Chiswick to match his high standards. Well done Raymond Elias

Mziu and Sons - Excellent Job!
Michael Walker 28/10/2008	A superb job from one of the best builder/decorators I have worked with. Luca and his guys spent over four months with us, doing a top-to-bottom renovation of our home. This involved remodelling the ground floor extending the kitchen and creating a laundry/utility room. He also fitted a bathroom, plastered and decorated all our bedrooms, hallways and landings. Luca and his guys were tidy, efficient and very considerate (we were living on site with 2 young children throughout the whole job). Luca finished the job on time and was scrupulous about sticking to his original price without cutting any corners. He also came up with some great design ideas - and probably saved us an architect's fee. Great work from a really nice guy.

Fatmir has spent 3 months with us, insta....
27/10/2007	Fatmir has spent 3 months with us, installing two new bathrooms, kitchen, renovating a utility/storage room under our stairs, and painting and decorating our hall and landing. He also installed new patio doors and sash windows which he sourced, as well as installing a fitted cupboard in the bathroom. We found the standard of his work to be excellent. He genuinely cared that we were happy with the work he had done, and also offered helpful suggestions to improve things along the way. For the work he did, he was reasonably priced, and stuck to his original quotes. Finally, he is a really nice guy and was a pleasure to have around. I felt sad to see him go when the work was finished

	Mziu and son(Chiswick based) renovated an old kitchen and the result is stunning. He's also done work in other areas of the house, including tiling, electrics, plumbing, carpentry, plastering and redecorating. He and his team are efficient, reliable, hard-working, tidy, good humoured and do an excellent job for what seems to us a decent price. Wonderful.

I have returned to this company on a couple of occasions and have found the workmanship to be extremely pleasing.I for one will definately be using them again!

Total electrical rewire. Complete new ce....
	Total electrical rewire. Complete new central heating system - new Megaflow boiler, new pipework & new rads. Old boiler and tanks removed. Small bedroom converted into fully fitted & tiled shower-room. Existing bathroom/toilet knocked into one - fully fitted and tiled. Existing kitchen, breakfast room and rear lounge knocked into one large open plan room. Included removal of old boiler fireplace & chimney stack. Floor tiles laid in kitchen. 18mm real oak flooring installed throughout ground floor. All the above work and subsequent decorating was carried out to a very high standard and to the agreed cost. Very good local company, with all members of the team being totally trustworthy. They were a delight to have in the house and we missed them, when they finally left.

We had our new kitchen fitted over Chris....
	We had our new kitchen fitted over Christmas - this involved gutting a room, rewiring, replumbing, replastering - the works. I can't recommend Mzui highly enough - he was utterly reliable and extremely efficient and, unlike some, didn't try to squeeze us in around other jobs. He started and finished on schedule and on budget and had a very high standard of workmanship. Best of all, he was really pleasant and very easy to work with. Nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely get him back if and when we need more work doing. HELEN
