Andrew arrived promptly every morning and worked very hard all week and tidied up every evening. He was very professional and his attention to detail was fantastic. The cost of the work was very fair.

24/10/2018 		I hired Norbert and his team for a painting and decorating job including fixing some plastering, involving two rooms. They turned up exactly on time at 08:00 each of the three days, and the painters needed no supervision whatever. They were tidy, hard-working and did a very professional job. All this was for just under half the price quoted by a well-known Chiswick painter and decorating firm for the same job. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

26/02/2018 		Norbert and Andrew have carried out 2 decorating jobs for us in the last few months. They did a marvellous job of painting and wallpapering 2 bedrooms, painting 2 bathrooms,  plus stairwell and all woodwork and cornicing. They are meticulous and hoover every night before going home so the place is left tidy, which is so important if you are living at home while they're working. They even painted a hat stand, curtain rails and side tables. All in record time! We're very happy with their work.

27/05/2017 		Accurate quotes, quickly given. One big room, one small one. All done to a high standard in double quick time at a reasonable price. They arrived at 0800 and left at 1800, working hard in between. They kept everything outside the rooms being decorated clean and tidy, and were quiet and unobtrusive in the house. No hesitation to recommend them, and we'll use them again next time a decorating job comes up.

His lads are polite , arrive early and work all day, non stop. Any mess is cleaned up afterwards and there is respect for the property. I will be using Norberts team again in the future. Most recently I've had a beautifully repainted bathroom ceiling - couldnt believe that it could all be done within a Saturday  - and my living room re-painted. I bought the wrong kind of paint but Norbert kindly nipped back to B&Q and changed it for the right kind straight away - he knew I wouldnt be happy with my own choice. Excellent service!

They were efficient from start to finish – fromturning up immediately to give us a very reasonable quote, starting exactlywhen they said, working hard every day and finishing the job ahead of scheduleto a high standard. Very unobtrusive and tidy; took it upon themselves to doextra small repairs as needed, all within the quote. Highly recommended.

Norbert is very reliable and efficient, his team work extremely hard, are always on time, quick, tidy and do a great job. There never seems to be any details that aren't spot on but if any touch ups are required they are dealt with immediately. Norberts standards are high and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a top quality painter/decorator.

They worked fast and did a good thorough job but had overseen small bits (which might also only have to do with me being to much a perfectionist). 27/08/2008 		Norbert and his team (Gregor & Jack) were very professional in painting my whole flat, preparing the job meticulously, working very hard and efficiently and completing the works on time, leaving the flat very clean!  It looked great and they even came back when I asked them to finish up a couple of things that were not perfect:  they came back, did not complain and did not charge extra.  The greatest thing is that they were also the cheapest quote! Just had a new kitchen fitted and Norbert's decorator painted my kitchen walls, ceiling, woodwork and radiator in a day and a half and not a speck of paint to be seen on my new cupboards and worktop.  And that was after he had filled the holes in the walls which were left by the old kitchen. These guys did it for under half the price that I was quoted by a firm at the top of this list and that included all the paint etc.

Norbert and his team just finished painting the interior of our house. The crew were always on time, very polite and did a fantastic job. They were priced very competitively and even finished the job (even though I decided during the process to have them paint an additional bedroom and bath) a day ahead of schedule. We were thrilled with the job they did and highly recommend Edward's Son.

Norbert’s team of decorators did a....
Norbert’s team of decorators did a great job painting throughout our four bedroom house in just under two weeks. The work was completed at short notice and very quickly as we had limited time before we were due to move in. It was all to a really great standard and at a very reasonable cost. Norbert’s team were extremely hard working, reliable and flexible coming back to paint new windows a few weeks after finishing the main job. They left us with a very tidy house to move into and I would certainly use Edward’s Son again in the future.

Initially asked them to do a one ceiling but they ended up doing two complete rooms. They have a high standard of workmanship are very tidy and very punctual. In general both Jack and Norbert were very professional and I would recommended them.

Norbert gave us a very reasonable quote to have our hallway, kitchen and sitting room decorated. The team that came in were polite, tidy and did an exceptional job. They even washed their own coffee cups!! The finished product was spot on, and we definately felt we received value for money.

After one set of decorators walked off t....
After one set of decorators walked off the job in the middle, I contacted Edward's Son's due to the positive recommendations on this site. The quote was fair, gthey showed up to start work at 8am on a bank holiday, kept to those hours for the entire project, and finished ahead of time. The quality was excellent, and there were no surprises, other than the good work and communication, which is so rare. We only paid when the job was finished and we were happy to do so. We WILL use them again. I'm glad the first crew walked off the job. They'll never work on this street again, not that Norbert and Jack are here.

These guy's are fantastic value for ....
These guy's are fantastic value for money and work so hard and quickly (they laid a whole wooden floor for us in half a day) and for about a third of the quoted price of other tradesmen! Not only that, but they were kind enough to do the job the next day because I had time pressure, and because my husband was out of town they even picked up the floor from Wickes for me! I cannot recommend Norbert & Co highly enough - the work is finished to a high standard and they are courteous and trustworthy - they have restored my faith in trademen!
