10/07/2010 		We found Richard on this site (he had great feedback) and just used him for the first time, which will definitely not be the last!  We have been in the property developing business for many years and have never come across such an excellent plasterer, his finish was like glass.  He was also very reliable, punctual, friendly and tidy.  His rates are very reasonable and he finished on time and per quote.  And as a added bonus, Richard also carried out some plumbing we needed doing, and that was of a very high standard too!  We will definitely be using him again, we highly recommend him.

You worked tirelessly as we needed the plastering on our kitchen turned around very quickly.  You were friendly and helpful and very, very tidy.  The price was extremely fair and you made yourself available at short notice. We would normally be a bit dubious about giving our key to just anyone but the references on thsi site really helped us - we didn't need to worry at all.  We will be telling all our friends about you!

08/05/2009 		My bathroom ceiling collapsed due to a leak from the bathroom in the flat upstairs. Richard came and did an excellent job of fixing and replastering the ceiling. The results look fantastic. He was very friendly, honest and overall a very pleasant person to work with. I would definitely recommend Richard for anyone who needs an excellent plastering job.

Would use him again and wouldn't hesitate to reccomend him.

We used Richard Lonogan for the plasteri....
We used Richard Lonogan for the plastering of the walls and ceiling of one our rooms. Despite an initial problem with communication over what state he expected our room to be in, we managed to resolve the issue and Richard proceeded to complete the work to an excellent standard. He was also reasonably priced and able to fit us in with short notice. I would recommend Richard's services to other forum members.

Richard was recommended by a neighbour. He is very professional and reliable. He was able to make and match my cornicing with no trouble! He's a very nice chap who couldn't do enough to help. I will call him again and have been telling asll my neighbours about him. I think he may be working on my street for some time!

Thank you very very much for such a wonderful job! After a major leak in my ceiling Richard called by at very short notice to have a look at the damage and repaired it almost straight away - including the damaged cornice work which was amazing to watch! His price was very fair and he was pleasent to deal with. Would use him again - definately!

We have waited months to complete our ne....
We have waited months to complete our new kitchen. We wanted the room papered and painted but all the companys were conerned by the bulge in the ceiling. We looked up this web site and found Richard who came along and quoted a proper cost and was able to complete the job a week later. Richard is a wonderful skilled person, he put new boards onto the ceiling and then plastered it over. He also plasted our back staircase which was never completed by a previous plaster. So now we have a wonderful ceiling the room looks great and now we are waiting for our decorator from this website. Richard is a very friendly happy man, his work is to a very high standard and he clears up when the work is completed.

We were very happy with the work Richard did for us he is extremely punctual and cleans up when the job is completed. His work is first class the finish on our ceiling and walls after we had our kitchen replaced was magnificent.
