Absolutely first rate. I have never had a faultless contractor, but I can't fault Peter and his considerate and thoughtful team. This was a fairly big & potentially disruptive job (removing old boiler, resiting new boiler across the other side of the house, new pipe work laid across the house under floorboards/carpet etc., ripping out the old bathroom and 3 toilets). All this was done with minimum disruption and mess in 3 days, as promised, with only 1 day of real mess, all of which was cleared up as soon as finished. Communication was very good - Peter always returned calls and gave me reasonable notice when he had an availability problem, something that many contractors leave until the last minute, if doing at all. Peter's advice on the options was also first rate - I had had some higher quotes for what would have been unnecessarily complicated systems - Peter's simple solution, based on a pragmatic approach of "you'll probably be OK with this, but if not we can add X, Y and Z afterwards" saved us spending money unnecessarily on X, Y and Z. Finally, his team accommodated last minute changes/additions to the specified work without any hesitation, at a reasonable rate. Thanks !
