01/12/2008 		Luca and his team completed the replacement of my front bay window and other windows as requested all in good time and to a very good standard. Many neighbours and friends have been very complimentary about the new windows and how they match the original design.
His men were very polite and cleaned up at the end of each day.

Mziu and Sons - Excellent Job!

28/10/2008 		A superb job from one of the best builder/decorators I have worked with. Luca and his guys spent over four months with us, doing a top-to-bottom renovation of our home.  This involved remodelling the ground floor extending the kitchen and creating a laundry/utility room.  He also fitted a bathroom, plastered and decorated all our bedrooms, hallways and landings. Luca and his guys were tidy, efficient and very considerate (we were living on site with 2 young children throughout the whole job).  Luca finished the job on time and was scrupulous about sticking to his original price without cutting any corners.  He also came up with some great design ideas - and probably saved us an architect's fee.   Great work from a really nice guy.

Fatmir has spent 3 months with us, insta....
27/10/2007 Fatmir has spent 3 months with us, installing two new bathrooms, kitchen, renovating a utility/storage room under our stairs, and painting and decorating our hall and landing. He also installed new patio doors and sash windows which he sourced, as well as installing a fitted cupboard in the bathroom. We found the standard of his work to be excellent. He genuinely cared that we were happy with the work he had done, and also offered helpful suggestions to improve things along the way. For the work he did, he was reasonably priced, and stuck to his original quotes. Finally, he is a really nice guy and was a pleasure to have around. I felt sad to see him go when the work was finished

Mziu and son(Chiswick based) renovated an old kitchen and the result is stunning. He's also done work in other areas of the house, including tiling, electrics, plumbing, carpentry, plastering and redecorating. He and his team are efficient, reliable, hard-working, tidy, good humoured and do an excellent job for what seems to us a decent price. Wonderful.

painting and decorating done to a very high standard by this upcoming young company. A pleasure to have in the house, polite, hardworking and even tidies up as he goes! I have returned to this company on a couple of occasions and have found the workmanship to be extremely pleasing.I for one will definately be using them again!

Luca has recently completely refurbished 3 bathrooms for us, we're very pleased with the results. Luca and his team were reliable and hard working. They did a great job in the bathrooms and took care to leave the house clean and tidy at the end of the day. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

They did a great job fitting our bathroom. Reasonably priced, helpful, professional, hard-working and right on budget, with the work completed to a very high standard. Fatmir is a really nice guy and a pleasure to deal with.

Total electrical rewire. Complete new ce....
Total electrical rewire. Complete new central heating system - new Megaflow boiler, new pipework & new rads. Old boiler and tanks removed. Small bedroom converted into fully fitted & tiled shower-room. Existing bathroom/toilet knocked into one - fully fitted and tiled. Existing kitchen, breakfast room and rear lounge knocked into one large open plan room. Included removal of old boiler fireplace & chimney stack. Floor tiles laid in kitchen. 18mm real oak flooring installed throughout ground floor. All the above work and subsequent decorating was carried out to a very high standard and to the agreed cost. Very good local company, with all members of the team being totally trustworthy. They were a delight to have in the house and we missed them, when they finally left.

We had our new kitchen fitted over Chris....
We had our new kitchen fitted over Christmas - this involved gutting a room, rewiring, replumbing, replastering - the works. I can't recommend Mzui highly enough - he was utterly reliable and extremely efficient and, unlike some, didn't try to squeeze us in around other jobs. He started and finished on schedule and on budget and had a very high standard of workmanship. Best of all, he was really pleasant and very easy to work with. Nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely get him back if and when we need more work doing. HELEN

One of the nicest guys I've come across in the building trade. His work is of an outstanding standard , he and the guys are reliable ,conscientious and honest. All at a reasonable price. Fantastic !

Mziu recently decorated the outside of my house.This included repairing and making good rotten sash windows.The result is stunning.I couldn't recommend Mziu highly enough,a true professional.
