01/06/2015 		We used Osborne Interiors two years ago to fit our Alno kitchen, we were absolutely delighted with the kitchen, service and fitting. Everything went exactly to plan and even two years later Roger managed to secure us some brand new doors due to a workshop fault at Alno with no fuss, a level of service I believe goes above and beyond. Thank you Roger!

a good kitchen

28/01/2015 		Osborne Interiors designed and made a good kitchen for me in the flat to which I am moving, with minimum fuss and at a reasonable price. The kitchen looks good and will, I think, prove very usable.

Second time around

15/01/2015 		This is the second kitchen we have had installed by Osbourne Interiors.
The first was perfect and just what we wanted for a modern look. Having decided to then extend our old kitchen by knocking through our side return 

we then had a major decision regarding our old kitchen which we had become very attached to. So we went back to Roger and asked him to design us a new kitchen using the old units, alas this was not possible due to dimensions etc etc. So we designed a new one, Roger suggested some fabulous new units in a contemporary material and all were delivered and installed very efficiently. We LOVE our new kitchen!

We got what we wanted

07/01/2015 		We were replacing a kitchen we had lived with for over 30 years so it was a challenge to decide what we wanted.I am an architect and after visits to lots of kitchen companies Osbourne Interiors was the only company prepared to give us what we wanted as opposed  to creating a kitchen in their company's image. Roger interpreted our requirements in great detail, helped us choose materials and created the kitchen we wanted. Roger was very helpful with advice when required and was very adaptable. Paul and Magic the fitters were patience itself when we had worries or issues as the kitchen was built and nothing was too much trouble. They always let us know each day when they would arrive and all materials came on time. Excellent electricians and decorators were also recommended and supervised. We are absolutely delighted with our kitchen and would highly recommend Osbournes.

Kitchen supply and Install

13/02/2014 		I refurbished a 4 bed house in Staveley road and got quotes from a number of retailers to supply and fit quality German units. Osborne Interiors were very competitive in terms of pricing, developed a good workable layout design and reacted positively & quickly to our changing demands, updating plans a number of times. As Osborne Interiors were also our local kitchen retailer, we were happy to place the order with them. They actively liaised with my architect and builder to ensure that there were no issues. The units etc arrived at the agreed time and were fitted in line with the agreed timing schedule. The quality of fitting was excellent. I rent the house out and the kitchen is one of the key "selling" points. I would certainly recommend Osborne Interiors.

A worry free experience

06/02/2014 		We had a new kitchen supplied and fitted by Osborne Interiors recently and have nothing but praise for their relaxed 'can do' attitude from beginning to end.  Roger (the proprietor) worked hard to keep the cost within our budget as he masterminded the design of our kitchen but was careful to include our plans too. The units (made in England!) arrived on time and the fitter (Paul) was positive, helpful and professional with an upbeat attitude  which gave us confidence that the job would be done properly (as it was!) Roger dropped by regularly to ensure all was well (which it was).  We were delighted with the outcome and I would and have highly recommended them.

Excellent service & value

Osborne Interiors recently supplied and fitted an Alno kitchen for us, the service was excellent from the planning stage through to the fitting and after service and the kitchen looks great. They listened to our brief and budget and delivered on both.  The fitters turned up as agreed.  Roger and Sarah were also very helpful and understanding when our builders let us down last minute and quickly with no fuss rescheduled delivery of the kitchen and stored the appliances until we could take delivery of them.

Delighted with their work
11/12/2007 We have had two kitchens fitted by Osborne. In our previous house they did a major revamp and in our current house they ripped out the whole kitchen and fitted a new one involving Corgi gas work, serious plumbing under the kitchen floor plus all the electric and cabinet fitting etc. Osborne also fiited wardrobes in our bedroom. We were thrilled with the first kitchen hence why we were happy to use them again and are still delighted with their work in our current home. We can and have recommended them

Very keen and helpful with designing you
Very keen and helpful with designing your kitchen and will do home visits after hours to suit. Unfortunately, their installation is dreadful and none of the installers take ownership of the work. Consequently, work had to be re-done and appliances and cabinets were damaged on installation and had to be replaced, by a series of different installers over a couple of months. The result is that you never feel completely satisfied with the end result as you've had to argue over each individual cabinet and screw. It's a shame because the product and design are very good. Once this company get their act together, they could do very well.
