12/09/2011 		I don't really like leaving negative feedback because it's a person's business at the end of the day but i guess that's what this review site is all about so here goes...I arranged them to visit on Friday at 11 to do a security audit - i told them i wanted the locks changed and probably lots more.  At 12 noon i had heard nothing so i phoned the office and she phoned the guy on his mobile - he was delayed on the previous job and would be 45 mins longer.  No apology. He still did not show and i phoned again.  He was still held up - he could come round much later that day.  OK, so we re-arranged for late in the day.  Again, no show.  Later, I had a note through the door saying there was a mix up with the number (not sure if house number or my mobile number). Well, I thought if they can't get the audit/quote right i don't want to trust with actually doing the job. I thought it pretty common sense that if you are going to be late, then take 2 minutes to ring me and let me know.  Don't leave it so i have to ring them.  Twice.  I thought that was quite rude. In the end, i found a locksmith closer, in Chiswick (Acton Lane) who was great.
