23/11/2008 		We had some major water damage during the summer which resulted in just about every room in the house requiring some work. Jovan was one of several builders i contacted and he was very prompt and responsive in organising to visit the house, assessing the work that needed to be done, sending through the quote - which was priced fairly - and following up. He and his team spent the better part of 4 weeks at my house and they were a great team to work with - prompt, knowledgable, helpful, pleasant, trustworthy. The work they did - to very high standards -  included plumbing, carpentry, complete redecoration of the entrance way up to landing, fixing a damaged ceiling, intricate tiling of the entrance way floor and bathrooms and more. On all fronts they were a great team to work with and I will use them again.

08/09/2008 		We instructed Jovan to install a new kitchen in our newly renovated home. Jovan was extremely trustworthy and reliable on every occasion. Even when things did not go to plan Jovan did his best to resolve the problem. He was a pleasure to work with and he prouced great results. Jovan is very trustwordy and competent ....
24/03/2008 Jovan is very trustwordy and competent young decorator .I gave him instractions, long distance to carry out some general house works and he finished all works so well that even my very fussy lady tenant was very impressed.He is a safe pair of very capable hands.

We used Jovan to decorate our house from....
24/11/2007 We used Jovan to decorate our house from top to bottom and for several other jobs (tiling, basic electrical, floor sanding, plastering etc). He also built a brilliant cat flap! He set himself apart from others in our experience by his flexibility - we had just moved in and our spec changed a bit. He was also able to come up with some good ideas.

We contracted Jovan to erect a Grosfille....
09/11/2007 We contracted Jovan to erect a Grosfillex garden shed and to build a base for it. He arrived very promptly to give us a quote and his price was quite competitive - he said he'd only charge for 1.5 days. I might use the service again but only for smaller or more straight-forward jobs. However, when I phoned to confirm his start date he told me, apologetically, that he hadn't included materials in the cost and we'd have to pay extra for those. (He underestimated the costs of these by about 30%.) The work on the shed base was good. We were surprised to find out that he had planned to leave the untreated timber shuttering in place, but he was happy enough to remove it, and slope the edges instead, on request. Once Jovan saw the shed's complexity (we hadn't realised either), he said he couldn't do that part of the job unless we paid for an additional half day.. Somewhat diffidently we agreed and he did do a good job, finishing in just over a half day in total.. It is worth noting that he only wants to be paid in cash as one does not usually have that much cash on hand and ATM's impose daily withdrawal limits.

07/04/2007 Excellent. Very prompt and did two quick simple plumbing jobs very reasonably. I understand he does many other household jobs also. If he is a s good at other things as he is a plumber, then he is a real find.

Very high quality handyman. Can fix those things that frighten others. Innovative, discreet, intelligent, punctual and hard working - can solve all manner of problems; minor electrical, carpentry, locks, concrete � and can paint and decorate. Jovan worked very effectively on our major house renovation project and carried out all types of tasks alongside our builders, using a variety of trade skills; latterly in our absence. Good listener, polite and good to have around as he minimises the intrusion. Completely trustworthy.

We used Jovan for small DIY jobs, including the hanging of a very heavy mirror and rehanging doors. He was very quick, self-sufficient and good value. No trouble to have around and a nice guy. Also does decorating.
