Disappointing

10/10/2011 		The first time I phoned the girl on the phone couldn't speak English so I went in there instead. Took my ironing and arranged pick up and delivery.  Week one went fine. Week two I had to be out on the Tuesday so I called and said i would pick it up on the Wednesday.  When I went in on the Wednesday - I waited 20 minutes while she searched for it - made phone calls and then told me it hadn't been done (that was 8 days later!) She said whoever had messed up would get a rocket.  The delivery driver then phoned to say it wasn't his fault it was HER fault....Eventually the ironing came back on the Thursday - delivered again with the driver saying it wasn't his fault.  I was disappointed with this service and dopey blame apportioning staff...so I have decided to look elsewhere to get my irong done.

11/09/2010 		The Press Gang lost an item of clothing - despite visits to the shop and several phone calls, nobody ever called back or admitted responsibility. Very disappointing service. Would not recommend.
