Instant help to fix the problem

02/12/2008 		Pam  Phoned Tony on Monday to explain my oven wasn't heating up and we arranged an appointment for Tuesday (next day).  He had ordered a new heating element, bought it with him, fitted the part and instant success.  Delighted, would definitely recommend Tony.

14/10/2008 		Tony arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem quickly. My washing machine wasn't worth repairing. He phoned a contact and I had my new washer/tumble dryer installed within 5 hours!  His charge was reasonable and I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone else or using his services in the future

24/09/2008 		Tony gave us clear instructions over the phone so we could determine whether our washing machine was worth fixing or just needed to be replaced. Even though he was talking himself out of work he advised us to replace our machine and even recommended the most reliable brands so save us money in future. thanks Tony

23/09/2008 		In contrast to Baumatic's offer to send someone to fix my washing machine in two weeks' time, Tony came the next day.  He solved the problem, kept the kitchen clean and charged a reasonable fee.  I agree with other feedback that Tony is efficient and friendly.  No need to look elsewhere.

Efficient & ever-so pleasant

15/09/2008 		Tony replied to my message in very good time and was able to come over very quickly so there was no hanging about.  He was efficient and helpful, very pleasant and, touch wood, seems to have solved the problem I had with my tumble dryer.  I wouldn't hesitate to use him again or recommend him to someone else.

02/09/2008 		After calling Bosch I was expecting a two week wait and to then be presented with a hefty bill.  However, Tony was able to come the next day and his fee was very reasonable.  Whilest fixing the machine he advised me of what he was doing, what the fault was and the most financially viable way of fixing it.  What more could you ask for?....oh yes, he was tidy too.  I would definately recommend him.

25/05/2006 I always dread things going wrong with household appliances etc because it is always such a nightmare finding someone to fix things professionally, without being over charged and also having to wait 2 days for them to turn up. BUT not this time! Tony D'Souza is a real find, he mended our broken washing machine professionally and promptly - recognising how desprate our need was, he prioritised the call and was with me within 30 mins. He was such a pleasure to deal with I have made sure I have his number somewhere safe. A trustorthy, reliable highly experienced guy. Look no further.

24/04/2006 Tony D'Souza of Kelvins of Hammersmith is peripatetic repairman for washing machines, tumble driers, dishwashers, cookers, vacuum cleaners. utterly reasonable utterly reliable, come almost immediately, have never let me down, and do not recommend new machines if they can repair old - have kept my heavily used machines going for years.

18/02/2006 My dishwasher had broken and Tony came out the next day and it was a minor problem and the hose had been conected to the worng pipe but he waited until the cycle had run twice and when he was happy he charged me his minimum rate of £58, I would definately call him again.

25/11/2005 Tony is prompt, reliable and very efficient. I had a problem with my fridge which he quickly diagnosed. He kept me informed about the delivery of the spare part, fitted it, and left it in better working order than before it broke down. I would definitely use him again.

Friendly, prompt and good service from T....
21/09/2005 Friendly, prompt and good service from Tony D'Souza. Call out charge approx £58 -repaired my washing machine on the spot. Even called a week later to check everything was working. Highly recommended - I would not hesitate to use Tony again.

22/09/2004 Responded to phone call quickly, came next day and diagnosed my problem washing machine, kept me informed of progress on parts and then returned on day 3 to fix it. Pleasant, efficient and knows his stuff. Recommended and well worth the money.

By the time I got round to calling Tony ....
16/09/2004 By the time I got round to calling Tony out, my washing machine needed repairs in three different places! I am happy to say that he restored it to full working order within an hour and managed to keep up a conversation with me and my chatty 3 year old at the same time. His service was extremely prompt and healso spotted a fourth problem with my machine along the way. I would definitely recommend him.

I rang Tony after reading good reviews here - what can I say? He actually fixed my Dishwasher over the phone! Some simple tips and helpful advice got my machine working perfectly. I Almost hope something else breaks down so I can actually give Tony some work. Hugely helpful, polite and really knows his stuff.

Tony came to fix my oven which was done with great care and professionalism. He was very friendly and explained in detail what exactly was wrong and what needed to be done to get it fixed. He found the problem straight away and was able to fix it in no time. I would definitely recommend him.

I rang Tony D'souza up to address a ....
I rang Tony D'souza up to address a 17yr++ washer dryer that was throwing water out. I work very close to the flat so he rang me as he was leaving his previous appt. Very courteous and efficient, he ran the m/c thru the cycle & diagnosed a leaking pump. He rang the parts supplier and after hearing that it was going to cost over £100 for parts alone, asked if I wanted to spent this sort of money on a m/c that could have further problems. He contacted a supplier and gave me a price with no obligations, and only charged me £48 for 1.5 hrs attendance. I consider that really good value,particularly when you consider the impartial advice offered. I'd recommend him, no hesitation.

Just like other reviewers... Tony came a....
Just like other reviewers... Tony came after 3 hours, did a temporary fix and recommended I did not go for full repair - not economic. Very pleasant and helpful and well worth £58

Very quick (3 hours) response, temporary repair effected immediately and advised me to replace rather than undergo full repair. Very friendly, professional service well worth the call out charge. Recommended.
