Andy Halliwell 17/11/2011	Chris recently removed my old kitchen exterior, keeping the carcasses and replacing them with a bespoke exterior made to measure that he sourced on my behalf following my brief. I can honestly say that I haven't had the pleasure of working with someone so professional, honest and skilled before. A pleasure to deal with and great at solving problems, he even agreed to be available on a day he hadn't originally planned, to take delivery of a new appliance. The finished job is of an excellent quality and I believe the price to have been fair yet competitive. I couldn't recommend him highly enough.... just be aware of his mobile phone ringtone! ;-) Good luck Chris, thanks again.

For arriving on time when we booked the quote, For taking the time and having the patience to take me through the design and choosing process and most of all giving me the service and out come you promised. My bathroom is fantastic, the tiling is first class. This was a sticking point in the design phase as I thought the size of tile chris recommended was wrong but I was reassured that all would be well in the end and sure enough I was wrong. Chris to the rescue!
N Scott 04/10/2011	Chris came to our rescue after a terrible botch job which needed urgent attention. We had new taps and a shower screen fitted by a dreadful handyman and all of his work was a disaster which Chris then had to fix. He then uncovered lots of other problems(from when our flat was converted 10 years ago) which he came up with solutions for and got on and did the work efficiently and with a smile. He tanked our walls with a Wedi board which completely waterproofs the walls and the whole shower/bath area. I now have complete confidence that our bathroom is not going to leak and fall apart in a few years time. He is super professional and takes the time to explain his recommendations. Bathroom refurbishment
Delia Brooks 18/07/2011	Chris of First Fix Plumbers has recently totally refurbished my bathroom and created a new splashback and installed new taps in my downstairs cloarkroom. From the design stage and throughout Chris turned up exactly when he said he would, listened, and delivered. During the build work I could see definite progress every day, it was evident that he worked hard and wasn't a slacker, and he left everything clean and tidy at the end of each working day. We had a couple of unexpected plumbing issues that Chris dealt with, with the minimum of fuss and bother. I can highly recommend the quality and thoroughness of Chris' work. Added to that he's a really nice guy who has been a pleasure to do business with.

Excellent service
Gill Lawrence 13/07/2011	Chris recently updated my bathroom (which included having to remove my cast iron bath for tiling, not an easy job). He was extremely helpful and honest with his advice before the work commenced. The bathroom was completed on time and within budget, the quality of work is very good. Good value, great service
Melanie Williams 28/02/2011	Chris turned up when he said he would, was friendly and professional and did a very good job at almost exactly the price he quoted (the difference was because of a problem he found which he fixed for us for a very small charge). Although you pay for him to come and quote on the job it's worth it because you get a proper diagnosis of the problem and a range of options to sort it out, and he's willing to say "it's not worth doing it" if that's the case. Very impressed.

Aliens in Pipes
Lindsey Hoyle 26/01/2011	I called Chris after finding the waste pipe for the kitchen sink was leaking. After examining the situation, he gave me 3 options to solve the problem and was able to fix it on the spot after I had made my decision. He was friendly and professional throughout the job, even when he showed me the tremendous amount of stinking gunge that was lining my pipes causing the problem! I would definitely recommend him.

Sorted out 3 extensive leaks
Vanessa Pearce 13/12/2010	Chris Morgan came to my rescue when I had three big leaks throughout my house and liaised with my loss adjustor and myself as the problems were extensive and difficult to ascertain how much damage had been done. He worked thoroughly and quickly in the shower room, organised an electrician and decorator to fix the damaged room underneath the shower room and not only replaced my kitchen with tiles he found for me, he turned out to have fantastic carpentry skills. I felt comfortable with him in the house for all the months it took him and he always answered my calls or texts promptly. He is methodical, efficient, prompt, reliable, and personable. I would use Chris Morgan again for plumbing and carpentry.

I had a complex problem in the house that involved plumbing, carpentry and the installation of an appliance. Chris was able to carry out the entire job on his own, masterfully and to the highest standards. He was very transparent when it came to discussing costs and completed the job in time, showing great professionalism and flexibility when some unexpected complications occurred. Replacement Shower Pump – Chiswick

PROBLEM ON HOLIDAY

We contacted Chris Morgan from First Fix Plumbers through the website; www.firstfixplumbers.co.uk as we were on holiday in Turkey at the time. Our neighbour had called us to say they could hear running water in our house. Chris arrived within 30 minutes of contacting him and stopped the leak, he explained the problem and offered a solution at a very reasonable rate. When we returned from holiday the burst pipe had been repaired and he had even cleaned up the mess. WE ARE VERY GRATEFUL TO CHRIS MORGAN AND FIRST FIX AND WOULD THOROUGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

A very useful man to know!

Tap refurbishment
Carol Mcshane 16/09/2010	I would also like to highly recommend Chris Morgan from 'First Fix'. Not only is he very honest and reliable, but he is also very approachable, and his knowledge, service and professional advice saved me a great deal of money. Instead of having to replace an expensive set of Bristan taps he gave me (over the phone) correct diagnostic advice on replacing the internal cartridges, where other plumbers had failed, and wanted to investigate the fault at a hefty call out charge. Julie Williams 11/09/2010	I would like to highly recommend Chris Morgan from "First Fix". He came first thing Saturday morning to replace our leaking cistern. We are very happy with the work that Chris has completed for us especially as other plumbers have let us down. Its so refreshing to meet someone so keen to do a good job.

BATHROOM AND KITCHEN INSTALLATION
Sandra Morgan 08/09/2010	Chris came highly recommended to us. We had both our bathroom and kitchen designed and installed by him and we are absolutely delighted with the results. It was truly refreshing to deal with one person and asking question direct for which he was extremely helpful. His standard of work is exceptional, he is totally reliable and professional and both bathroom and kitchen came well within our budget. We would highly recommend him for any job both large and small without hesitation.
