Great first visit

29/01/2016 		I have a difficult head of hair to get right and other hairdressers I have used have taken 3-4 visits to work it out. No such trouble for Lindsey. She took her time and worked slowly and precisely to get a great result first time. She even spotted and trimmed my stray eyebrows without me having to point them out, as I usually have to. I'll be going back.

A small and friendly place with a calm, quiet atmosphere.

AWFUL SALON - DESTROYED MY HAIR!!!!

SIMPLY AWFUL salon! They completely destroyed my amazing thick long hair with their brazilian blowdry treatment. I have no idea what chemicals they used on my hair but it completely weakened, thinned out, lightened and split my hair in all directions. When I went back to get a refund in a very distressed state all the staff there including Geo ganged up on me and told me that my hair had already been damaged before the treatment. He even pretended to not notice the severe damage his staff had caused to my hair. For example he said  "Show me one split end?" Pretty much all my hairs are split horribly (huge splits that I’ve never in my life seen before) and if he can't see that then he is blind or trying to mock me! In addition to this one of the girls working there (The Americain lady) laughed at me. How simply CRUEL!!! You don't laugh at someone who is clearly and visibly distressed and is in TEARS!!!!!

Before the treatment my hair had been very frizzy but not damaged - big difference! They tried to make me look like a liar in front of their other customers and made it so difficult for me to get a refund even though I was in tears!!! It was only when I made a big scene in the salon that they decided to refund my money. To be honest getting my money back has not made me feel any better because money can't bring my hair back to life. PLEASE WHATEVER YOU DO DON'T get a brazilian blowdry here or even go to this salon because the staff are heartless and unsympathetic people. They don't realise or care about the distress they have caused and continues to cause me.


If fact for the first time in my life I am seriously considering taking this Hairdresser to court. 

The only reason I'm giving them one star is because I have to to leave this post. They deserve no stars whatsoever!!!

Superb Experience

15/11/2012 		Having my very long hair tied in a pony tail for ten years I finally decided to go for a much shorter style.  Very nervous I checked this website to find some good feedback from a local stylist and choose Klassi.  I had an excellent experience, Joong was brilliant, made me feel totally at ease and listened to what I wanted.  To top it all I have got the best haircut I have ever had and left the salon feeling elated rather than oh what have I done.  I could not recommend him more.

Amazing hairdresser!

31/10/2012 		I have been to Klassi after reading the good feedback on this website. I was looking for a place where the hairdresser spend time to understand what the client want and need, some friendly surrounding and good advices. I have tried a few in Chiswick and the result was average at best. I was called lazy (!) in a salon for not wanting to keep a long hair length. Anyway, at Klassi, Joong gave me a fabulous experience. He spent a long time working on small details that make all the difference, he did not rush despite other customers coming for their cuts and he gave a great head massage! Try it you won't regret it, definitely worth every penny. I will definitely come back!

Brilliant precision hair cut

06/06/2012 		Joong at Klassi has cut my hair absolutely brilliantly - it's almost precision hair engineering. Sad that my previous hairdresser had emigrated to Australia I found this little salon on this website. I am so pleased that Joong is now cutting my hair - he's a very courteous and nice man too. Visits to the salon are a pleasure and my hair has never looked better.

23/03/2012 		I tried Klassi Hair for the first time in January, tired of the low quality haircuts I had experienced in few of the famous salons on the high street. I immediately loved the place. Geo cut my hair, and I was amazed to see how he managed to accomplish what I had wished to achieve. The cut held beautifully with time and it was easy to maintain at home. I went again a few days ago to repeat the experience and I am glad to say my initial impressions were reconfirmed. Again, excellent cut, wonderful service, great head massage (on a super relaxing chair) and excellent tea. The whole experience is a real treat after a long day at work!

28/03/2011 		I went to see Geo few years ago to save me from a hair colour disaster. Geo knew exactly what to do and managed to highlight and bring back my original hair colour in a really natural way - exactly what I wanted!
Since then, he is the only one that I trust and he never disappoints me. Geo always listen carefully to what I want and how my hair has been and then proposes me the best option. He is highly skilled and I just love the way he cuts my hair – I can do what I want with it. Oh! And not to forget his fab head massage that everybody's talking about – you just do not want him to stop! I love his new hair salon, now he has moved to Chiswick, a walk away from Turnham Green station is so practical. Wait and see his shampoo seats! I highly recommend this Salon to anyone! Excellent Hairdresser

05/02/2011 		I  have worked in the  hair and beauty industry for over 25 years and have subsequently  been to many of the celebrity hair salons in London. A few years ago I saw Geo cutting hair in a salon that I was visiting and instantly wanted to have him cut my hair. Geo along with his business partner Joong  have decided to go it alone and have opened this small salon in Chiswick. They are hugely talented hairdresser and charming people. Have your hair done by them and you will use them forever.
