He responded immediately to my first email, carried out the survey the following week and we received the full report this week. The whole process has been made easier by Nathan's quick response in answering any queries we have had. I would highly recommend.

10/07/2013 		Nathan Sproule from Brittain Hadley is fantastic! We required a full structural survey on a Victorian property in Grove Park, and Nathan's report was fundamental in ensuring that we purchased the property knowing every inch of the house - both what was good, and what needed attention. We had a copy of the report within days, so our solicitor was able to quickly establish the points that needed further investigation. We had always realised that we would need to do some extension work on the property, and Nathan has been able to advise on predicted cost, building control regulations, and support work needed within the house itself. Both my husband and I found the report easy to understand, and Nathan was always happy to chat on the phone to go through any queries and concerns we had. I would absolutely recommend using Brittain Hadley.

19/09/2012 		Having searched RICS for a Chartered Surveyor I found Nigel Rickard at Brittian Hadley to do a full building survey, After much deliberation about whether I needed to spend money on a building survey and the value that it would add, I decided to go ahead. Nigel did a comprehensive site visit and invited me and my father to join him for the last hour which was informative and invaluable (not to mention enjoyable!). The report was turned around really quickly and I was very impressed with the thoroughness. The survey report is clear and concise, with action points for my solicitor to follow up. I was very impressed. It was absolutely the right choice to do a survey with Brittian Hadley.

24/07/2012 		We had Nathan Sproule do a structural survey for a property we were interested in Putney.  The confidence he gave by providing the thorough detail we needed as this is a renovation project was reassuring. We needed various structural and condition assurances that were given in double quick time and have allowed us to move forward without worry. We were very satisfied with the report he provided and the quick turnaround . This has allowed us to proceed quickly with our purchase. As others have said ..we can't speak highly enough of the service and would recommend without hesitation. As the rating indicates he went beyond expectations. We used another surveyor in relation to another prospective purchase and maintain Nathan provided far better service and detail.

We needed a survey with a very fast turnaround and they delivered an outstanding service with a full report back within 4 days.  They actively encourage the client to join them onsite and walked us through their findings in advance of the final survey report.  They responded to email queries late into the evening and over a weekend. So pleased we found them on W4.
