I've tried several in the Chiswick area but none touches this place. thoroughly recommended

Strand Cafe is TOPS with the family

18/04/2012 		The Strand is simply a joy to visit. Hossein & his team are friendly and efficient, the food is always fresh and very reasonably priced. At night the Strand is transformed into a delightful Thai restaurant. This place is a real gem.

Excellent cafe

05/02/2009 		Very friendly local cafe serving a wide range of homemade items, including superb apple crumble (and custard) and banana cake. Excellent fry-ups too. Can't go wrong here.

An elegant greasy spoon

24/02/2008 		Spoons less greasy than normal and food and welcome is pleasant. They even have pavement tables if you don't mind being 20 yards from the S Circular
