We held a birthday party for 30 or so 3-5-year-olds here last week and I cannot stress how wildly unprofessional this operation is. We'd booked the venue as it had a bouncy castle, but when we arrived, the castle had gone awol, as had the manageress, Kimberley, who'd also agreed to be the kids' entertainer. It finally became clear she'd rented the castle elsewhere and left us two moody teenagers to try and entertain a group of over excited kids. After an admittedly heated dispute, an electric pump arrived and we coerced some friends into pumping up a filthy spare bouncy castle, languishing under inches of water in the backyard, and drag it into the hall. When she finally appeared, the manageress had a string of excuses about misunderstanding and confusion, presumably on her part, lost phones, broken down cars etc. She did offer a discount, but we would have preferred to have paid the full amount for the services we agreed and avoided unnecessary stress. If you don't mind a scruffy venue and poor service, give this place a whirl, otherwise maybe look a little further afield.
