28/06/2018 		Nillie has always gone the extra mile over the years in caring and treating my back problems.  She always fits me in at short notice if I am in a bad way.  She is very attentive, professional and very thorough in treating my bad back.  I always get great results and she really has been my saviour on occasions when my back has given way again.  She uses a variety of methods in treating my problem in order to get the best results.  She also keeps herself completely up to date on her profession and spends time learning new practises and remedies so she can always have the best options to offer her patients.  I wholeheartedly recommend Nillie.

Fertility Acupuncture

After trying to conceive for a couple of years. I visited Tina for some fertility acupuncture. Feeling a bit deflated with it all, Tina really set me at ease from my first visit. I was so worried that my body was not up to it and Tina was quick to reassure me that it was and just needed a few tweaks to balance things out. She was confident I would be pregnant very soon and after not so many treatments I was. Having had acupuncture by other practitioners, it felt nothing like the way it did with Tina. She has such a lovely energy and it really felt instantly like she was balancing things out for me. After finding out I was pregnant I felt really confident that it was a healthy pregnancy which it was and we now have our beautiful baby girl. I can’t thank Tina enough for her help. I truly believe if I hadn’t have seen her when I did I wouldn’t be in this situation now. What a great acupuncturist....her knowledge of how the body works, her warmth and energy really made every visit a lovely experience with such a lovely outcome.

wholistic treatment

12/04/2017 		Nillie has a thorough approach in working with my condition,ensuring I finally got an accurate diagnosis and then worked out a comprehensive treatment plan. I went with a long term condition of neck and shoulder pain with spasms and headaches that lasted days. I had a whiplash injury many years ago. MRI scans showed cervical spine arthritis and nerve impingement and Nillies treatment ranges from massage and gentle manipulation to cupping, needling and stretching. She has also included vitamin,herbal,dietary and exercise recommendations in her advice. I have experienced a dramatic reduction in headaches and overall pain and stiffness. I am more flexible, have returned to swimming and exercise and am confident that with occasional treatment I will continue on this road to recovery.

Excellent for tackling back pain

23/11/2016 		I went to see Nillie to get treatment for quite severe lower back pain and sciatica which kept recurring. Previous osteopathy treatment had not addressed the root cause. Nillie used a variety of treatments, including acupuncture and cupping, which quickly brought effective relief. Nillie takes a holistic approach to treatment and gives helpful advice about exercise and diet and preventative measures. I am now on a maintenance programme with Nillie and following her advice to take up Pilates to help strengthen my core and support my back. Nillie has a bubbly and upbeat personality and provides very tailored person-centred care. Highly recommended.

Wonderful acupuncture

24/08/2016 		Tina's acupuncture is amazing and highly effective.  Originally, I went to her with an hormonal issue post surgery.   She helped me regain strength as well as sorting the problem out. She often can help with things I would never associate with acupuncture such as tension in the neck and shoulders.  To talk about a single ache, pain or problem doesn't do the treatment justice - Tina's acupuncture addresses your entire body.  It is a systemic support. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She and Nillie are a wonderful couple of practitioners.

Great results!

She was excellent at making me turn off and I came out of the sessions feeling very refreshed. She also prepared my body to become pregnant and then continued treatment throughout the pregnancy. It was like seeing a friend every time I had a session. Thank you Nillie.

Many years of great service

Nillie has not only managed to significantly reduce the pain, which has allowed me a full time return to all the sports that I love. I have also seen Nillie for acupuncture and dietary ideas as well. For any problem, Nillie has a solution ! Beyond being a superb practitioner, Nillie is an absolute delight to visit for treatments. She always endeavours to fit everyone into her busy schedule even when it causes her personal inconvenience. Nillie has become a very good friend, which is virtually unavoidable if one sees Nillie for any period of time. Nillie has made my life more enjoyable, virtually pain free and allowed me to do all things that I want to do.

07/01/2013 		I found Nillie through my daughter, who had used her services.  Having had acupuncture treatment in the Far East I was prepared to be very cynical about what the UK could offer.  I was entirely wrong.  Nillie offers an outstanding, and, in my view, an excellent service which should be recognised.  In her absence, from time to time, abroad, I have been to other purveyors of the service.  These visits have been wholly unsatisfactory.  I recommend her services totally. Since my original posting I have had the extreme good fortune to be treated by Nillie's sister.  As a partnership they are, so far as I am concerned, without equal.  Cannot recommend too highly.  N.A. O'Neill FCA,MAE,QDR etc. etc.

Bell’s palsy

06/01/2013 		I was suffering from a text book case of Bell’s palsy. The condition was fairly severe, diagnosed as a grade IV, moderately severe dysfunction, by an ENT consultant. I would have not considered alternative medicine as an option until advised by my sister that acupuncture is reported to have good results with this condition. The condition is very unpleasant and I was desperate to try anything that may work.I went to see Nilly 3 days after the onset of the symptoms. She was very positive and confident that she could treat the condition and achieve results within a short period of time. I was treated with needles to which electrodes were attached, and an electrical current applied. After only two sessions I regained some limited movement in my face, with comprehensive movement being restored in three weeks. I was ecstatic with this result as the thought of suffering this complaint for months was appalling. Thanks again Nillie!

Life changing!

04/01/2013 		Nillie and her sister Tina are the DREAM TEAM!! After spending two years and countless visits to the hospital, nothing was happening on the pregnancy front. I was introduced to The West London Clinic by a friend. Accupunture and the unbelievable care that Nillie and Tina have given me over the last year has seen me get pregnant three times! They work miracles!!!!! Sadly the pregnancies didn't work, though accupunture, cupping and their extra mile have given me the support to not give up!. Couldn't recommend the West London Clinic highly enough, truely geninue lovely ladies that care for your individual needs and cannot do enough for you.

Fanatastic treatment

I have visited regularly ever since for treatments and my back has remained in great shape. Nillie has a lovely manner and has really got to grips with the root causes of my back pain. She has also provided me with exercises etc to keep myself in shape. Highly recommended.

04/01/2013 		I first visited Nillie's clinic in November 2011 with chronic shoulder and upper arm pain.  I'd been suffered for sometime without diagnosis from GP or even the hospital and I was, frankly, desperate to ease the pain.  Nillie immediately diagnosed severe tendonitis and treated me with a combination of acupuncture and osteopathy.  Within 6 weeks I went from being barely able to move my right arm to being pain free!!  

I have visited regularly ever since for treatments and Nillie has done a fantastic job in easing other stress related back problems.  Nillie's positive and enthusiastic attitude really helped to convince me that getting (and staying!) pain free was totally acheivable.   She has also provided me with exercises to keep everything working between appointments. Highly recommended!!!

Nillie has helped me with balancing hormones related to PCOS as well as the pain of endometriosis. We have used acupuncture, injections, massage, laser and herbal remedies. She has encouraged me to try techniques I have been wary of and has produced great results. She practices with honesty and integrity and really cares about you and obtaining results. I feel very comfortable with her and can talk about anything which is very important for me. Originally from Australia I have a lot of experience with the field and I have not stayed with anyone as long as I have with Nillie. I even still visit her from Cambridgeshire after moving from London and will continue to do so. Highly recommend!

Excellent care & practice

04/01/2013 		I first attended the Clinic in 2007 with Chronic sport injuries related to Marathon Running, over the year persistent problems lower back ache, runners Knee, acute muscular injuries have been treated with various alternative medecines from Traditional Chineese medecine Acupunture combined with western alternatives Needling, Osteopath, Physiotherapy &  Deep Tissue Massage, Heat  Therapy  at the Clinic giving much pain relief and allowing recovery time to be speeded up. I also had assistance with Skin Therapy and Herbal medecine to aid recovery.
I feel very confident with the therapy and advice provided and have benefited greately  from the results. As a client the service is both Professional & Friendly which instills confidence in the Client's perception of the Clinic.

Amazing results

04/01/2013 		I visited the clinic in mid 2012, with fertility issues. I'd been trying to get pregnant for nearly 2 years and was feeling quite helpless and distressed. I thought I would give acupuncture a try and within 4 months I fell pregnant! The service and counselling Tina gave me were fantastic and I really appreciated her advice as a doctor and friend. I started off being very cynical about alternative holistic therapy but am now a complete convert. Tina gave me nutritional and health advice as well as the acupuncture sessions, and most importantly just listened and comforted me when I got more and more depressed about everyone falling pregnant around me...except me. Tina never doubted I would get pregnant and I truly believe that the pregnancy is down to her. I would highly recommend Tina to anyone.

Nillie is fantastic!

04/01/2013 		I first went to see Nillie in 2009 after a climbing injury when I tore the ligments in my shoulder. She managed to relieve the pain after the first session and went on to heal the injury after several sessions despite being a bad patient and undoing her good work on numerous occasions. She may cause you pain initially, but what she does is magic! She is such a lovely person and treats you like a friend, she may be causing you pain, but it is done with a smile and a laugh!
I have continued to be treated by her over the years for backpain and climbing related aches and pains. With her amazing array of disciplines from acupuncture to lazers and naturopathy, she can fix anything I throw at her. I have recommended her services to friends and family who have been equally satisfied with her talents.
