Relaxing yoga

08/04/2010 		This is a wonderfully relaxing yoga class.   Adonella is a charming and helpful teacher and the class is friendly and welcoming.  The exercises are gentle and calming and you leave refreshed and invigorated.

The first class free offer is no longer available and prices have been reviewed since the last feedback, but are very reasonable, so it's worth checking with Adonella before you start.

09/11/2008 		 Adonella teaches Sivananda yoga and begins each class with cleansing breathing exercises. She follows a fairly similar sequence of postures each week - and it is not too demanding or competitive. Adonella is an excellent teacher and everyone seems to leave the class feeling refreshed and relaxed. Many people have been attending since Adonella started teaching here 10 years ago. The large, airy room with its wood flooring and natural light makes a perfect space for yoga.

Suitable for all levels. First class free. £72 for 8 classes.
