20/09/2010 		We were deeply disappointed. We (family of four) rented this place (four bedroom) with them and after three months (January 2010) they told us the landlord wasn't going to renew the contract because they wanted to sell: no option was offered. We moved out end of June 2010 and by September 2010 (2 months later!) the place was rented again. Between January and June 2010 they were not able to provide us with a single viewing. Remember: we were their client already; how useless they can be? With little effort we found a very good place nearby thanks to RiverHomes (please try them instead). My experience is they represent unreliable landlords and don't give a damn about your needs. Avoid like pest.
